BadBadNotGood (a veces estilizada como BADBADNOTGOOD) es un post-bop, el hip hop instrumentales trío de jazz de Toronto, Canadá.

El grupo incluye a Matthew en las teclas de Tavares, Chester Hansen en el bajo, y Sowinski Alexander en la batería.

El trío son conocidos por sus interpolaciones de canciones de hip hop y sus colaboraciones con Tyler, el Creador y el Océano Frank

Para completar el envío de Kikas, otro disco del año anterior al USA Union. (1.969) aunque aparece en el 70; grabado en Londres con la participación de Johny Almond a los saxos y flauta.

John Mark a las guitarras (con su estilo fingerstyle, sin púa, vamos, con los deditos), Steve Thomson al bajo y la colaboración de “la mula” Larry Taylor de nuevo.

Disco sin batería también, donde los matices de los otros instrumentos quedan bien reflejados.

Solo por el tema que inaugura el disco “Dont’ waste my time” ya merece la pena comprar este disco.

Tiene muchos aciertos más, como la perfecta conjunción del dúo Mark-Almond, que grabarían una serie de álbumes juntos, o el buen hacer de los bajistas Thomson y Taylor; con esos bajistas no pierdes el ritmo y claro la batería puede dejarse de lado.

Poco que añadir a uno de los clásicos de Mayall junto con el Turning Point y el mencionado USA Union.
